Confirmation trading with the supply and demand trading methodology can be used with forex, or stocks, or any market. Confirmation trading can also be a double edged sword in the way that sometimes you will miss out on trades because it never gave your proper confirmation, but looking for confirmation can also save you from losses.

I recommend confirmation trading using supply and demand because in my opinion, It can give you sniper entries. Set and forget trading can also be profitable, but sometimes you can be stopped out, where as if you were looking for confirmation then you would have been saved.

You can use trading confirmation entries by a removal of an opposing supply or demand zone, or the break of a trend line. Some forex traders I know prefer both the supply and demand zone to be removed, AND the trend line to be removed. As a supply and demand trader you are going to have to backtest what method you prefer and what suits you best.
