Could the right music improve your trading performance? Can music improve your trading? This is interesting. There are lots of studies done that demonstrate that music impacts our mood. Some songs make us feel happy, sad songs help us reflect and think depending on the time you're listening to them. The point is that music does influence our emotions and our physical state. So why not use music as a tool to get into the physical state that we know is optimal for the trading environment we're in. OK.

Perhaps something that motivates you before the market open might be appropriate. Having something like this during the course of the trading day might not serve you that well. I try to bring everything slower then.
